1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Syncfy ("the Service") at syncfy.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
Syncfy is a Software-as-a-Service platform that synchronizes Stripe MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) and related customer data to HubSpot. The Service connects to your Stripe and HubSpot accounts via OAuth to read subscription data and write updates to your HubSpot CRM. We provide automated sync, backfill capabilities, and tiered plans based on your MRR volume.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
4. Billing and Payments
Syncfy uses MRR-based pricing. Your subscription tier is determined by the MRR you sync. If your synced MRR exceeds your current plan's limits, your plan may auto-upgrade to the appropriate tier. Payment is due in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Data Handling
We access your Stripe and HubSpot data solely through OAuth connections that you authorize. We read subscription, customer, and revenue data from Stripe and write MRR, revenue, and related properties to HubSpot. We do not sell your data to third parties. Our data practices are further described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you grant us the limited permission necessary to sync data between your connected accounts as described in our documentation.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must have the authority to connect and authorize access to the Stripe and HubSpot accounts you link. You are responsible for the accuracy of data synced to HubSpot and for how that data is used within your organization. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to violate the terms of Stripe or HubSpot.
7. Intellectual Property
Syncfy, the Syncfy name, logo, and all related software, designs, and content are owned by Syncfy or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding except as necessary to use the Service. You retain all rights to your own data; we claim no ownership over the data you sync through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syncfy and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, or with reasonable notice for other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will assist with data export requests where feasible, but we are not obligated to retain your data after termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also send an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
